The West Midlands Under 15 team are now National Champions.
They won through at the Lord Taverners National Championships  at Stoke Manderville.

The squad included 6 CWBA players, Siobhan Fitzpatrick, Charlotte Moore, Cameron Swan, Tom Cutts Taz Hallworth and Sammi Rehman.

The team of ten children from around the region took part in the Lord Taverners National Junior Championships on the 19-21st October 2012.
The team had victories in the Pool Stage over Northern Ireland 22-8, London 20-8, The South East 26-14. They then beat Wales and Scotland 24-10 in the Quarter Finals, before an impressive result against the North West 30-10 in the Semi Final.

The teams final opponents were the East Midlands in the final which they won 19-11.

All ten players were involved in every match. The combination of close teamwork and tight defence made the team very hard to beat. In offence West Midlands had both height and speed and the ability to finish from everywhere.
All round this was a great day for the West Midlands!
